Country Sourdough
Slow-risen, crackly crust, soft open crumb. Hand-scored with wheat leaves.
The Bread & the Blessing
Coming soon
Sourdough, scones & sweet things,
baked by hand in Jessica's kitchen.
Made with love & baked with faith
Every loaf starts the slow way: flour, water, salt, a patient sourdough starter, and time. Jessica scores each one by hand with wheat stalks and leaves, and bakes it until the crust crackles.
Then come the scones, the cupcakes, the cookies for a fall gathering, and the birthday cake that makes somebody's whole day. It's the kind of baking that brings people to the table.
The name says it best: the bread is the gift, and sharing it is the blessing.
— Jessica
Fresh from the oven
A few favorites from Jessica's kitchen. Every batch made by hand, from scratch.
Slow-risen, crackly crust, soft open crumb. Hand-scored with wheat leaves.
A fall favorite: sourdough shaped like a pumpkin, tied with twine, with a cinnamon-stick stem.
Buttery, tender, bursting with berries, and finished with a sweet glaze.
Pink raspberry glaze on one side, cinnamon drizzle on the other. Made for sharing.
Chocolate cake, cream filling, glossy chocolate glaze, and that signature white swirl.
Deep golden, chewy, and topped with coarse salt. Perfect for sandwiches, or just warm.
Plain and everything-topped, boiled then baked for that proper chew.
Thick, soft-centered, and loaded with color. The cookie jar never stays full.
“Give us this day our daily bread.”
Matthew 6:11
